About Us

Royal Oaks Estates swim and tennis community is located in Gwinnett County, GA, between the cities of Suwanee and Sugar Hill. Our kids attend Gwinnett County schools, part of the largest (and widely regarded as the finest) educational system in the state of Georgia.

The neighborhood is friendly and active. There are regular social events for both adults and kids. The annual Easter Egg Hunt and Halloween party are highlights, but there are many others. The clubhouse is the center of these activities, and it can also be rented by homeowners for private events. The pool is the focus during the summertime; if you want to find a neighbor, chances are you will find them there.
